CLINIC ETIQUETTE

Kindly arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will ensure we’ll have enough time to complete any consultation forms, change and enjoy the full pampering experience. Please understand that if you are late your appointment may be reduced accordingly. There are other therapist on-site doing other services. We aim to provide a relaxed, quiet, and professional environment for every client. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours prior notice if you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment so we can allocate the free time for other clients. A 50% cancellation fee is charged if you cancel your appointment for less than 24 hours before your treatment schedule or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying us.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Please mention your voucher when booking your appointment. Bookings should be made at least two weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Please ensure your gift voucher is presented on arrival as we are unable to provide your treatment without proof of your voucher. Only the recipient can redeem the voucher as they are not transferable. Expired vouchers will no be honoured. Under no circumstances will vouchers be refunded or re-issued if lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen.
